Refund Policy
Donations
Donations made to **The R.A.R.E. Foundation** are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable. These donations are immediately put to use to support our ongoing programs and initiatives, which focus on financial recovery education, identity protection, and community rebuilding. As such, once a donation is processed, it cannot be refunded.
If you believe there has been an error in the donation process, or if unauthorized use of your payment information has occurred, please contact us immediately at info@therarefoundation.org. Refund requests due to errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a resolution will be provided as promptly as possible.
Purchases of Digital Products
Digital products, such as eBooks or access to financial tools, are delivered upon receipt of payment. Given the nature of these products, they are non-refundable once delivered. We recommend reviewing product descriptions thoroughly before making a purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that unforeseen situations may arise. In the rare event that a refund is warranted outside of the standard policy, requests should be made within 30 days of the transaction. Each case will be evaluated on its individual merits, and we reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage donors to communicate directly with us in the event of any payment dispute. Should a chargeback or dispute be initiated without prior notice to us, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the donation amount and any associated costs.
