As such, once a donation is processed, it cannot be refunded.
If you believe there has been an error in the donation process, or if unauthorized use of your payment information has occurred, please contact us immediately at info@therarefoundation.org. Refund requests due to errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a resolution will be provided as promptly as possible.
Digital products, such as eBooks or access to financial tools, are delivered upon receipt of payment. Given the nature of these products, they are non-refundable once delivered. We recommend reviewing product descriptions thoroughly before making a purchase.
We recognize that unforeseen situations may arise. In the rare event that a refund is warranted outside of the standard policy, requests should be made within 30 days of the transaction.
